VBS workers commenced on Thursday, 24 September 2020 and completed the works which included installing a fire door, on 6 December 2020. Two Owners Committee members and a Building Services manger have a final site inspection on Monday, 9 December 2020. The job was satisfactory.

After a 4 year search to find someone willing and competent enough to carry out a small but serious leak in our main bedroom, I found our saviours.

Victor Building Services’ team of professionals carried out the major repair with ease, know-how and professionalism, only the best were on the job that had a critical timeline , as the 6 panel bi fold Glass doors had to be removed and reinstalled within the same day given the nature of their size and importance. The weather was not on their side, but yet they remarkably stuck to their plans whilst needing the modify the rectification as evidence of the issue was revealed.

Hi Eddie

I have attached the final invoice for payment for the job done at Seabrook Cres Doonside which included Plastering of walls internally and the backyard landscaping.

I am very happy with the overall work done from start to finish. The contractors were very helpful and done a very good job especially the toilet/bathroom rectification and the termite system installed/done.

I, Myles Byrne, was the Liaison Officer for the above Owners Corporation during 9 months of rectification work on our 5 unit building which was the result of a successful claim on our Home Owners Warranty Insurance. The insurer appointed Craig Victor of Victor Building Services Pty Ltd to do the agreed work and I now am very pleased to list the many benefits that arose from that appointment:-

Before the work commenced in June 2010 a professionally prepared contract in plain English from the builder’s office staffer Karen was presented to the Executive of the Owners Corporation. There was no hesitation in signing the contract as all details were clearly detailed and understood.
