Project Description:
Carry out Rectification works to Tanika Estate which include-
Water penetration repairs externally and internally.
Balaustrade and Stair repairs.
Correct installation of Control joints throughout complex.
Rectification of defective stormwater and various Plumbing defects.
Cavity and sill flashing relacement and correct installation as per Standards.
Application of external waterproofing membrane due to water ingress on original build.
Work Included:
- Flashing repairs to windows, doors and roof areas.
- Rectification of defective balcony heights.
- Repair Render cracks throughout complex.
- Rectification of defective Control joints.
- Rectification of rust evidence in external and internal render.
- Installation of new cavity flashings.
- Repositioning of Copper hot water services.
- Installation of sub floor access areas.
- Correcting defective Stormwater pits.
- Proper installation of exhaust systems throughout complex.
- Rectification of water penetration into car park slab and lower ground levels of complex.
